First Avenue Studios is located in Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne and has been providing fully serviced quality rehearsal studios to bands since 1990 and hi-spec Pro Tools recording facilities since 1995.

The building has been extensively fitted and re-fitted with specialised architectural features and treatments to create the optimal acoustics and comfort necessary for the successful and enjoyable completion of your musical project, to the highest standards.

Access is excellent, with free parking & ground floor loading. Chillingham Road Metro station is just a minute's walk away and there are good bus connections to and from the city centre, the coast and beyond.

Our staff have extensive knowledge and experience. They are always available for helpful, friendly service and advice.
